Are your swimsuits transparent?

Our swimsuits are all lined to avoid any transparency. We personally test them beforehand so as not to encounter this type of problems. We know how unpleasant it can be!

Are your swimsuits products suitable for larger breasts?

Most of our larger-breasted customers feel very comfortable in our swimsuits, despite the absence of underwiring on some models. All our models are lined for real support. We try to create models to suit different body shapes. Some models are more suitable than others, so do not hesitate to write to us, we will be happy to advise you.

What are the characteristics of your products?

Our products are made from Lycra-labeled materials, a guarantee of quality. The prints in the Kcankouran Swimwear collections are exclusive. The essential characteristics of our products are presented on each product page. Please note that the images, photos, and colors of the items offered for sale may not correspond to the actual colors, depending on the Internet browser and the type of device used.

What are Kcankouran swimsuits made of?

At Kcankouran Swimwear, our fabrications are second to none. To create these, we use a select blend of Nylon, Spandex, Polyester, Polyamide, and Elastane. Please see individual product pages for a breakdown of fiber content.

Where can I find help with sizing?

We provide a comprehensive Size guide and, where possible, indicate on each product page the model’s measurements and the size she is wearing. If you have specific questions about an item, please contact our Customer service at customer.service@kcankouran.com or via our Contact Us page.

Is there anywhere I can try on Kcankouran swimsuits ?

Our online store is the only place in the world to buy Kcankouran Swimwear outfits. We may build in the future partnerships with boutiques but this will be another page of our story.

How do I care for my Kcankouran swimsuit or resort wear?

Sun, salt, water, and chlorine take their toll on swim apparel. To ensure that your Kcankouran swimsuit or resort wear stays beautiful and vibrant, we recommend hand washing with a gentle fabric soap following each use. Afterward, roll between two towels, gently squeeze to eliminate excess water, remove, and lie on a rack to dry in the shade. You may find more advice in our Care guide.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?

Kcankouran Swimwear does not currently restock sold out items. If your size is not anymore available, we encourage you to look at other models you may like. Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot set items aside.

Do you restock?

Generally speaking, no. If you see your happiness, get your hands on it, because it might not be there for your next vacation.

ORDERS

I need help with placing an order, what can I do?

If you need help with placing an order, please contact our Customer service by email at customer.service@kcankouran.com or via our Contact us page. We will be happy to place an order on your behalf with a credit or a debit card as the payment method (you will receive an email with a payment link). We therefore kindly ask you to send us the following information: list of products that you want to order (quantity, color, size); contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number); delivery details (full address for home delivery); billing address if different from the shipping address.

If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you want us to place your order as a logged-in registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How do I place an order on the Kcankouran Swimwear website?

To place an order, simply select the items you wish to buy, choose the model of your choice, the color, and the size, and then add them to your basket. You can access and modify your basket at any time. Your basket is valid for 15 days. Once this time has elapsed, you will need to start shopping again.

When you have finished shopping, return to your basket and click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECK-OUT’. Once your order has been finalized, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your inbox, junk mail, and spam folder. I have just made my order and wish to cancel or modify it. What can I do?

The modification or cancellation of an order is, unfortunately, not possible in our system once the check-out has been completed and the payment processed. Please contact us as soon as you can by email at customer.service@kcankouran.com or via our Contact us page for us to try cancelling your order and refunding you if your order has not yet shipped. Once the order has shipped, you always have the possibility to create a return in accordance with Kcankouran Swimwear Return Policy.

I am unable to place an order. What do I do?

If an error message keeps occurring in your checkout process, there is quite often a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try shopping from a new browser or using a different payment method. How much do I have to pay for the shipping of my order?

DELIVERIES

What are the offered delivery methods?

To view our current offers, please consult our Sales & Use Terms. Concisely, we currently offer free ground shipping for the US on all orders. Other orders are invoiced a fixed amount depending on the region.

What is delivery time for my online order?

Kcankouran Swimwear will endeavor to ensure that all orders placed on the Site are dispatched the same day (orders received before 12pm CST (US Central Time) or the following day, subject to payment validation. However, Kcankouran Swimwear will not ship on weekends or public holidays, which means for example that an order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday if it was not shipped on Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship on Monday if Monday is not a public holiday.

Total delivery time will depend on the chosen shipment mode. A tracking number will be systematically provided to allow you to fully track your order once Kcankouran Swimwear will have created the shipment label. Kcankouran Swimwear will not take responsibility for delays generated by the carrier.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

In the event that you receive an item you did not order or a faulty item, please contact us by email at customer.service@kcankouran.com or via our Contact us page, including your name, order number, a synopsis of the issue, and pictures to document any damage. This will help us remedy the situation immediately. Kcankouran Swimwear will be happy to organize the return of your items.

I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most credit and debit card like VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, as well Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. To split your payments, you may use Klarna (all regions) or Affirm (Canada, US).

How do I use a Promo code or a Store credit code?

Promotion codes can be entered during the Check-out process. At present time, Kcankouran Swimwear does not offer store credit codes. We will strive to offer this service to our customers in the future.

Will I be required to pay international customs or duty fees?

Yes, for shipments to destinations outside the U.S. that are subject to customs and duty fees/taxes. For more information about these costs, please check with your local customs website.

Will my order be subject to additional duties or tariffs?

For orders delivered in the United States, the total price indicated at the time of order confirmation (check-out) and payment is the definitive price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and shipping costs. Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the United States may be subject to taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. Any such taxes or customs duties are of your responsibility.

Is my payment secure?

Kcankouran Swimwear guarantees the total security of your online purchases. Our website uses secure payment systems from leading e-commerce financial institutions. Confidential payment data is transmitted encrypted (SSL) directly to the financial entity. This is the most advanced online security technique for consumers.

When is the amount charged on my credit card?

If you pay by credit card, you will be charged once your payment has been processed and validated. Depending on your bank and/or the type of card used, you may be charged a forex fee or foreign transaction fee by the bank. If you have further questions, you will need to contact your bank directly.

Where can I find my Invoice?

Your invoice has been sent to your email address after the validation of the payment. You will also have the option to resend it from your order details if you have an account.

Why does my payment seem charged twice?

There is a difference between a payment authorization and charge: when you make an online order, there is always the payment authorization. An authorization is a pending payment, or an amount reserved in a payment account. It is not a real charge and is usually shown in the pending charges section of credit cards. The actual charge is only made when the garments come out physically from our warehouse.

RETURNS

Can I return items bought on Kcankouran Swimwear website?

Kcankouran Swimwear makes customer satisfaction a priority and we gladly accept returns. We however only accept returns for a refund. Exchanges and store credit are not possible.

Please also note that items purchased with a discount of 25% or greater, or marked as ‘Final sale’ cannot be returned. For more detailed information, please consult our Return Policy. Returns not complying with this Policy will not be refunded.

What is the return window?

You may return products purchased on our site within 14 calendar days from the date on which the product was deliver to you. In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, this return window will reduce to 3 business days.

On the other hand, Kcankouran Swimwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from the receive date of the order as long as you follow the care instructions. In case of defects appearing after starting to wear a Kcankouran Swimwear outfit, Kcankouran Swimwear will accept a return within 30 calendar days.

Do you accept partial returns?

Yes, we accept partial returns. However each returned item must be returned in the condition in which is was received, unworn, unwashed, unused, with no signs of damage, and must have all original tags and labels attached.

What is your return policy?

In a nutshell, all items except items purchased with a discount of 25% or greater, or marked as ‘Final sale’ are eligible for a return with a window of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate the return. Except the specific case of some defective products, the returned products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed, unused, with no signs of damage, and must have all original tags and labels attached, as well as the hygienic strip intact.

What is your return process ?

All returns must be preceded by a return request, either by email at customer.service@kcankouran.com or via our Contact us page. You shall then return the products by mail to Kcankouran Swimwear. Once the products received and inspected, we will confirm to you if the return is accepted or rejected. If the return is accepted, the refund process will be immediately initiated. The amount refunded will be determined in accordance with the conditions described in our Return Policy.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 10 calendar days from the acceptance of your return. The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. What is the cost of a return?

Return costs are at your expense (shipping, taxes and duties paid by you when receiving the products). Kcankouran Swimwear shall cover these expenses when refunding you in the specific case of a return for damaged or defective product. We will not charge any handling or restocking fees.

What should I do if a product has been damaged in transit?

You must make full and precise reservations on the delivery note when you receive the parcel.
