Return Policy

Your satisfaction is Kcankouran Swimwear’s priority. If for any reason you wish to return a purchased product, this Return Policy, also referred to as « the present Policy » or « this Policy », lays down the principles by which purchased items can be returned to Kcankouran Swimwear and by which Kcankouran Swimwear will refund the said items. Please note that at present, Kcankouran Swimwear does not offer exchanges and store credits. Purchased items may only be returned for a refund.
Throughout the present page, « the Site » refers to Kcankouran Swimwear website, and « we », « us », « our », or « the Seller » refer to Kcankouran Swimwear. It is also agreed that the terms « the Buyer », « you » or « the Customer » refer to the customer returning products purchased on the Site (« the Products »).
The paragraph headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or affect these terms. UPDATE AND CHANGES
You can view the most recent version of this Return Policy on this page at any time, with the date of the last update at the top of the page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Return Policy by posting updates and changes to our website at any time in order to reflect how we are collecting and processing your data. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
RETURN WINDOW
The Customer may return Products purchased on the Site within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Products are delivered to the Customer. Calendar days shall mean any day including Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Products may be returned via mail, and as stated above, exchanges are not accepted.
In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, this return window will reduce to three (3) business days of the country to which the Products were shipped to initiate the return process. Business days means all calendar days except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Kcankouran Swimwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from the receive date of the order as long as the Customer follows the Care guide instructions. Kcankouran Swimsuits are delicate and experience normal ‘wear and tear’ over time. In case of defects appearing after starting to wear a Kcankouran Swimwear outfits, Kcankouran Swimwear will accept a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the Products are delivered to the Customer.
Kcankouran Swimwear will accept a partial return in the case an order contains multiple Products.
ELLIGIBILTY
In case of a standard return, the returned Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed, unused, with no signs of damage, and must have all original tags and labels attached. Items must also be returned with the hygienic strip intact.

Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear without removing the protective strip.
Products marked as a « Final sale » or with a discount of 25% or more cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS
Retuns shall be initiated by contacting Kcankouran Swimwear Customer service by email at customer.service@kcankouran.com or via our Contact us page. Kcankouran Swimwear recommends the use of the Contact us page selecting ‘Returns’ as the request type.
The Customer is requested to clearly indicate the order number, the name of the item and photos clearly identifying the damage or defect in case of a damaged or defective item. Kcankouran Swimwear will acknowledge receipt of the return request within three (3) business days after having received the request. The acknowledgement will be sent using the email address provided during the order confirmation.
The Customer shall then return the Products to the Seller within five (5) business days after Kcankouran Swimwear acknowledgement of the request. Kcankouran Swimwear leaves the choice of carrier entirely up to the buyer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to return the products to the seller properly packaged. Kcankouran Swimwear may, at its sole discretion, refuse a return in the event of Products damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. The acknowledgement received by the Customer must be enclosed in the parcel with the returned Products.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep all proof of return. Kcankouran Swimwear recommends that a traceable and secure return method is used and recommends that once the parcel has shipped, the Customer will communicate the tracking number if any to the Customer service in order to facilitate the return process.
After receipt of the Products by the Seller in accordance with the aforementioned rules and conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been received by the Seller. This e-mail, or a second email sent shortly after, will confirm whether the return is accepted or not. Except in the specific case of defective Products, Products returned incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted.
Accepted return: If the return is accepted, Kcankouran will confirm the refunded amount to the Customer and initiate the refund procedure as described in the REFUND section.
Rejected return: If the return is not accepted, the Seller will inform the customer of the reasons for the refusal. The customer will then have ten (10) calendar days to decide whether or not to have the Products shipped back to him in the condition in which they were received by the Seller, with the Customer responsible for all costs associated with such. If the Customer does not request the return of the Products within said time period, the Customer shall not be entitled to any kind of refund and authorizes the Seller, and any of its affiliates or agents, to retain the Products and to dispose of such Products as it sees fit.
REFUND
As soon as the return is accepted, the Seller will engage in the refund process. The refund will be done via the same payment method used to purchase the Products within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned package. In case of a registered Customer, the status of the order will be changed to refunded once the refund will have been processed.
Standard return: The Seller will reimburse the Customer of all payments made for the purchase of the returned Products, except for the following expenses which, if applicable, will be borne by the Customer: (i) the costs relating to the Order shipping already paid by the Customer when the purchase has been executed and (ii) any extra costs relating to extra services like gift wrapping. Taxes, duties and shipping costs paid by the Customer to return the product will not be refunded by the Seller.
Return for damaged product or unworn defective Product: The Seller will reimburse the Customer of all payments made for the purchase of the returned Products. He will also reimburse the taxes, duties and shipping costs paid by the Customer subject to a justification for these costs. In case of the choice of an « unreasonable » shipping mode for a return related to a damaged product or a unworn defective product (example: D+1 Air), the Seller will make at his sole discretion a partial reimbursement based on a standard shipping mode (example: Standard Ground for a return made in the United States).
Kcankouran Swimwear will not charge the customer a restocking fee.
Kcankouran is not responsible for any fee that the bank of the Customer may apply on the refund transaction.
